We are committed to creating a more equitable world through a culture of giving that encourages ALL individuals to engage as their full authentic selves, including our members, grantees and those served by our grantees. Gender is a spectrum. YKDWIP is inclusive of a plurality of voices including trans, queer and non-binary people.

Discrimination is not tolerated. YKDWIP will not make grants to organizations that discriminate against individuals because of personal factors including but not limited to: sex, race, religion, color, ethnicity, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, immigration status, marital status, economic status, pregnancy, or parenthood status.
